Currently Camperships from this Fund are only being used for youth aged 8-19 to attend the 2012 Los Angeles County 4-H Summer Camp which will be held July 1 - July 7th, 2012 at Camp Seeley in Crestline, CA. For almost 25 years the R.P. Amman Memorial Campership Fund has been sending kids to Los Angeles County 4-H Summer Camp. So far there are 666 children who have been awarded a partial or full campership to attend Camp from the Memorial Fund. Since the first camperships were awarded in 1994, there has been $111,614 in camperships disbursed from the Fund. The R.P. Amman Memorial Campership Fund is an IRS 501c(3) non-profit organization (TIN 95-4021646). 100% of all contributions to the Fund are used to send kids to camp - all expenses to operate the Campership Fund are provided free of charge by the Fund Trustees.
